Road Trip!

Last weekend some friends and I took a little roadtrip (yep in the Minicar) to Shikoku Island to visit our friend Mike. He used to live in Ube but moved to Takamatsu at the end of October. We drove the 5 hours down there to see him for his going away party- before he moved back home to Canada. It was fun to actually drive somewhere outside of the area where I live- except it was a little expensive with gas, highway tolls, and the bridge toll. It was good to go somewhere new- and despite the fact that I've been here a year- I still kinda enjoy a little sightseeing now and again. So besides drinking, we managed to squeeze in a little sightseeing at Litsurin Koen, a park in Takamatsu that's famous for its beautiful gardens.
